Return of goods

Conditions for returning Kidvak within 60 days:

The 60-day period begins to expire on the day the shipment is delivered, during which you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the complete unwashed kidvak to us.
If you decide to withdraw from the contract, use the return form available on our website in the Returns section.

Returned goods must be complete, including accessories, gifts, etc., without signs of use, undamaged, in the original packaging with tags intact and within 60 days. Under no circumstances can goods be returned by cash on delivery post. Any such returned goods will not be accepted by the seller. Returned goods must be in their original condition (Kidvak must not be washed or damaged in any way) and marked with the original identification label of the goods, if the product contains it.

A return within 60 days is only possible if the buyer is a natural person (not an ID number) and the return applies only to the Growing Collection and the Premium Linen Growing Collection. Kidvak can only be returned if it was purchased via the Kidvak e-shop. Kidvak must be returned within 60 days from the day of delivery to you.

We will return your funds spent on the purchase of the goods within 60 days of the delivery of the kidvak at the latest. Refunds will be made in the same way as the payment was made. In case of cash on delivery payment, we will return the funds to your account.

The buyer acknowledges that if the returned goods are damaged, worn or partially worn, the seller has a claim against the buyer for compensation for the damage caused by him or a claim for non-recognition of the return. The seller is entitled to unilaterally set off the claim for payment of the incurred damage against the buyer's claim for the return of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for damage caused during transportation as a result of unsuitable packaging, in which case the seller will return the purchase price to the buyer consumer reduced by compensation for damage or reserves the right not to accept the return. Upon fulfillment of these conditions and after delivery of the shipment to the seller, a financial settlement will be made with the buyer according to mutual agreement. The costs associated with returning the goods (primarily postage) will be borne by the buyer.

 

Conditions of return within 14 days:

The 14-day period begins to expire on the day the shipment is delivered, during which you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason and return the complete unused goods to us.

Withdrawal from the contract must be delivered no later than the last day of the 14-day period.

Within 14 days of withdrawal from the contract at the latest, deliver the goods to us or, after prior agreement, hand them over in person at the address:

You are obliged to return the complete, undamaged and unused goods that you acquired on the basis of the purchase contract. Otherwise, the returned amount may be reduced by damages.

We will return your funds spent on the purchase of goods no later than 30 days from the delivery of the notice of withdrawal from the contract. Refunds will be made in the same way as the payment was made. In case of cash on delivery payment, we will return the funds to your account.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. Therefore, we recommend that you insure the shipment and send it registered. We will not accept shipments sent on cash on delivery. Pack the goods securely before transport to avoid damage.

The fourteen-day return period does not apply to a free product trial. You can only return unused and unwashed goods.

Complaint

When making a complaint, write to shop@kidvak.sk and describe your problem. We will then agree on the best solution. We will try to process your claim as quickly as possible, but it may take 30 days at the longest.

Please hand over the products that you will be sending for a complaint for assessment immediately after discovering the defect. Do not send the goods on cash on delivery, as in this case we will not accept them. We recommend that you insure the goods and send them by registered mail. Please include a copy of the invoice with the goods.

Before transport, pack the goods properly so that they are not damaged further. For hygienic reasons, we will only accept properly cleaned goods for complaints.

Immediately after receiving the goods, we will send you a complaint protocol and we will continuously inform you about the progress of handling the complaint.
